ISLAMABAD: The Superior Assess on Wednesday observed a case registered by Arsalan Iftikhar, son of Primary Rights Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry, complicated the May 14 Superior Purchase from a legal court regarding the debate with regards to accusations of a business deal worth Rs342 thousand between him and property magnate Malik Riaz, DawnNews revealed.

On September 13, Arsalan had pushed the Superior Purchase from a legal court which, he stated, included natural and obvious mistakes.

“It is our anticipations that he (Attorney Common Irfan Qadir) will set the equipment of the state in movement so that all those who may have dedicated any unlawful functions such as Malik Riaz, his son-in-law Salman Ahmed Khan and Dr Arsalan Iftikhar are followed and taken to book with the full power and rigours of the law,” the verdict said.
